1 lb ground chicken (93% lean)
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup finely chopped spinach
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp grated onion
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
1 tsp lemon zest
2–3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 egg (for binding)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
Form into 4–5 patties. Chill for 10–15 minutes if possible.
Cook patties in skillet, grill, or air fryer until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
Serve on buns, pita, or lettuce wraps with toppings like tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
