Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken (93% lean)

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ cup finely chopped spinach

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • 2 tbsp grated onion

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 23 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1 egg (for binding)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined.

  • Form into 4–5 patties. Chill for 10–15 minutes if possible.

  • Cook patties in skillet, grill, or air fryer until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).

  • Serve on buns, pita, or lettuce wraps with toppings like tzatziki, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
