This Sheet Pan Pizza is an easy, crowd-pleasing recipe with a crispy crust, bubbly cheese, and customizable toppings — all baked in one pan.

  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

  • 23 tbsp olive oil (for greasing pan)

  • ¾ cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella

  • Assorted toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)

  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).

  • Oil a 13×18-inch sheet pan generously with olive oil.

  • Stretch dough to fit the pan. Let it rest for 30–45 minutes.

  • Spread sauce evenly over dough. Add cheese and toppings.

  • Bake on lower rack for 14–18 minutes until golden and bubbling.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings. Use parchment for easy cleanup, but oil directly for a crispier crust. Great for make-ahead and freezing.
