Garlicky, cheesy chicken rolled into soft tortillas and toasted until golden and melty. A fast, satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thigh, cooked and sliced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or blend)

  • 4 large tortillas

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Optional: cream cheese, spinach, onion, jalapeños

Instructions

  • Cook chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Slice or shred.

  • Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and parsley. Simmer until fragrant.

  • Lay out tortillas. Layer cheese, chicken, garlic butter, and optional extras. Roll tightly.

  • Toast in a skillet with garlic butter until golden on both sides and cheese is melted.

  • Slice and serve warm.
