Garlicky, cheesy chicken rolled into soft tortillas and toasted until golden and melty. A fast, satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.
1 lb chicken breast or thigh, cooked and sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or blend)
4 large tortillas
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Optional: cream cheese, spinach, onion, jalapeños
Cook chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Slice or shred.
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and parsley. Simmer until fragrant.
Lay out tortillas. Layer cheese, chicken, garlic butter, and optional extras. Roll tightly.
Toast in a skillet with garlic butter until golden on both sides and cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm.
