Tender steak strips and al dente pasta tossed in a spicy garlic butter Parmesan sauce — all made in one skillet for a quick, indulgent dinner.
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), thinly sliced
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
3 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 cups beef or chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Optional: baby spinach, mushrooms, parsley
Season and sear steak in oil. Remove and set aside.
In same skillet, melt butter, add garlic and chili flakes. Sauté 1–2 mins.
Add pasta and broth. Simmer uncovered 10–12 mins until pasta is tender.
Return steak to skillet, stir in Parmesan and optional spinach. Toss to coat.
Serve hot with more cheese and fresh herbs.
Adjust spice level to taste
