2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5–6 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
12 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
¾ cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
In a large pot, melt butter and oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and stir.
Simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook 2–3 more minutes until creamy.
Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
