A rich and creamy garlic pasta made in one pot and under 30 minutes. Silky, buttery, and full of bold garlic flavor—perfect for quick, comforting meals.

Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5–6 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
12 oz spaghetti or pasta of choice
¾ cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter and oil over medium heat.

  • Add garlic and sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and stir.

  • Simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in cream and Parmesan. Cook 2–3 more minutes until creamy.

  • Season with salt and pepper. Let rest for 1–2 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use milk or half-and-half for a lighter option. Add protein or vegetables to customize. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
