1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp cornstarch (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, green onions, sesame seeds
Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.
Sear shrimp in oil 1–2 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
Simmer sauce until glossy and slightly thickened.
Return shrimp to pan and toss to coat.
Garnish and serve immediately.
