2 cups elbow macaroni
2 ½ cups low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup milk (or unsweetened plant milk)
2 cups small broccoli florets
1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot, bring broth and milk to a boil.
