1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil optional for browning
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wilt and drain spinach if using fresh.
Combine beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently and form into meatballs.
Place on baking sheet and bake 18 to 22 minutes.
