A comforting casserole of tender chicken, creamy sauce, and golden stuffing. Perfect for busy weeknights, potlucks, or using up leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • Optional: 1 cup cooked veggies or 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13-inch dish.

  • Prepare stuffing with broth and butter (reduce broth slightly). Set aside.

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, optional veggies/cheese, and seasoning.

  • Spread chicken mixture into dish. Top with stuffing.

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

  • Freeze unbaked casserole for later.
