The easiest cottage cheese egg bites you’ll ever make — protein-packed, creamy, and perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • ¾ cup cottage cheese (full-fat or 2%)

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or your favorite cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • ½1 cup chopped veggies or cooked add-ins (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with silicone liners.

  • Blend eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, and seasonings until smooth.

  • Divide veggies or add-ins into muffin cups.

  • Pour egg mixture over, filling each cup ¾ full.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until just set.

  • Cool 5 minutes, then remove and serve.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.
