Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls – Creamy, Cheesy & Irresistible

Crispy garlic bread bowls filled with creamy chicken Alfredo and topped with melted cheese. The ultimate comfort food for dinner or parties.

Ingredients

  • 4 small round bread rolls or boules

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (divided)

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan (for brushing)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

  • 1½ cups heavy cream

  • ¾ cup grated parmesan (for sauce)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off bread rolls and hollow out centers.

  • Mix melted butter, 2 cloves garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush inside and out of bread bowls. Bake 8–10 minutes.

  • In a skillet, sauté remaining garlic in butter. Add chicken and cream. Simmer 2 minutes.

  • Stir in parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened, about 4–5 minutes.

  • Fill bread bowls with Alfredo chicken. Top with shredded cheese.

  • Bake 10 minutes, then broil 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
