Crispy garlic bread bowls filled with creamy chicken Alfredo and topped with melted cheese. The ultimate comfort food for dinner or parties.
4 small round bread rolls or boules
¼ cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced (divided)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp grated parmesan (for brushing)
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated parmesan (for sauce)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off bread rolls and hollow out centers.
Mix melted butter, 2 cloves garlic, parsley, and parmesan. Brush inside and out of bread bowls. Bake 8–10 minutes.
In a skillet, sauté remaining garlic in butter. Add chicken and cream. Simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened, about 4–5 minutes.
Fill bread bowls with Alfredo chicken. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 10 minutes, then broil 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep. Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
