This cheesy garlic bread is loaded with buttery garlic flavor and melty cheese, all baked on top of crispy golden bread. Quick, crowd-pleasing, and better than takeout!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar

  • 23 tbsp grated parmesan

  • Optional: red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (or set broiler to high).

    • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and optional seasonings.

    • Slice bread and spread butter mixture generously.

    • Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.

    • Bake 10–12 mins or broil 2–4 mins until golden and bubbly.

    • Slice and serve hot.
