1 loaf French or Italian bread
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
¼ tsp salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar
2–3 tbsp grated parmesan
Optional: red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (or set broiler to high).
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and optional seasonings.
Slice bread and spread butter mixture generously.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
Bake 10–12 mins or broil 2–4 mins until golden and bubbly.
Slice and serve hot.
