2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons cream cheese or garlic mayo (optional)
½ cup spinach or diced bell peppers (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for cooking)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Italian seasoning or paprika
In a bowl, mix chicken, cheese, garlic, optional cream cheese, veggies, and seasonings.
Warm tortillas to soften, then spread filling in the center.
