1½ lbs sirloin steak tips
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken or beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain.
Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sear steak in olive oil and butter until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same pan. Deglaze with broth.
Stir in cream and simmer gently. Add Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.
Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water as needed.
Return steak to pan, warm through, and serve.
Adjust Cajun seasoning for heat preference. Add vegetables for extra texture and balance.
