Spicy Cajun-seasoned steak tips tossed with rigatoni in a rich, cheesy Parmesan cream sauce. Bold, creamy, and perfect for comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

lbs sirloin steak tips
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken or beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water. Drain.

  • Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Sear steak in olive oil and butter until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté garlic in the same pan. Deglaze with broth.

  • Stir in cream and simmer gently. Add Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.

  • Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water as needed.

  • Return steak to pan, warm through, and serve.
